Arrangements for Academic Guidance

Each student is assigned an academic advisor starting from their freshman year by the Faculty Management Board in accordance with the recommendation made by their respective department. The individual timetable is made up of the courses a student will take in one term and any changes to be made to this timetable are subject to the approval of the advisor by taking the following criteria into consideration: The course order of associate and undergraduate degrees will be the primary consideration, then the academic standing of the student, the prerequisites of the course, and the associated provisions of the Regulations will be considered. Students must get the approval of their individual timetable that is made up of required and elective courses from their academic advisors.
