Course Description	The aim of this course; to enable students to learn the concept of communication, the relationship between service delivery and communication skills, communication processes, communication elements, the relationship between personality traits and communication, communication barriers, conflict management and persuasive communication methods.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit	Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to; Describe the communication. Know communication theories and processes. Learn communication barriers. Uses nonverbal communication methods. Uses verbal communication methods. Uses written communication methods. Gain competence to use body language and oral communication effectively. Become competent to remove communication barriers.
