Students will prepare the theoretical, methodological and practical draft framework toward their final project through regular gatherings.

1. Establish vital strategies to design sustainable culture and arts institutions and events.
2. Develop appropriate models and methods by combining theories of diverse disciplines to enable the cultural sector to produce communal and economic value.
3. Bring experts from various backgrounds who work efficiently on urban, national and international levels together to design and realize sustainable cultural projects.
4. Manifest a professional and an ethical manner during individual and collaborative projects and use such manners for the resolutions of any possible issues that may arise.
5. Propose creative and innovative practical and theoretical solutions to the issues that they tackle with in the field of cultural management.
6. Follow field’s actors, relevant trends, discussions and current developments both in Turkey and worldwide by using one foreign language and know how-to use the resources to update themselves.
7. Study current managerial processes and business management models of various cultural institutions, projects and events through quantitative and qualitative methods.
