About The Program

The Information and Technology Law Masters Program is established to share the knowledge and experience we have as Istanbul Bilgi University with all, thus contributing the training of lawyers who are aware and experienced on the subject and meet the needs and demands of Turkey on such equipped lawyers.

Profile of the Program

The program may be completed with or without a dissertation, and consists of totally elective courses.

Recognition of Credit Mobility and Prior Learning

The transfer of credits for courses taken outside of İstanbul Bilgi University is done in accordance with the associated principals of the Regulation by the respective Faculty or Institute Management Board. Students can be declared to be exempt from these courses if the associated Faculty/Institute Boards deem that the course content of the course taken at a different institution is in accordance with the content of the course given at İstanbul Bilgi University.

Qualification and Graduation Requirements and Regulations

A student is required to complete 90 ECTS credits and achieve a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 with no failing grades.
