Profile of the Program
Our mathematics curriculum is modelled on that of the world's leading departments. Throughout the first two years of intensive study, students acquire the basics of abstract mathematics (basic sets theory, analysis and abstract algebra) and the skill of mathematical thinking. The last two years of the program concentrate on advanced subjects and prepare the students for graduate courses at the international level and for individual research. In the 6-week summer school, which takes place in Nesin Mathematics Village, our students get the chance to have one-to-one contact both with their peers and their instructors and to better their mathematical knowledge. In the weekly seminars held during the academic year, our students are given the opportunity to meet and listen to lectures of internationally known mathematicians.
