Program Educational Objectives

  1. to equip our students with critical thinking and analytical writing skills that will prove invaluable to them during their tenure as students and in their professional lives after graduation.
  2. to study science and technology; finance and economics; religion and philosophy; literature and arts; patterns of cultural exchange and change; even archeology, anthropology.
  3. to help to explore student's existing interests by studying history as a dynamic discipline that enables students to see and understand how the minute details fit within larger frames of reference.
  4. to provide students a critical perspective on the social sciences.
  5. To provide students with knowledge on history and other disciplines (religions, architecture, philosophy, music, literature, visual arts etc. ).
