About The Program

For a better understanding and representation of the discipline; the Program aims to contextualize the production of architectural knowledge within a broader and more comprehensive framework, including discussions on urbanism and landscape architecture. Putting emphasis on the production of knowledge in an interdisciplinary environment, historical context; the Program will study architectural history, theory and criticism in a contextual perspective. While enhancing traditional practices of academic communication skills; the program also aims to foster innovative writing skills and techniques that are born out of the contextual essence of the paradigms discussed in thesis studies. In this context, the framework of the program, launched within the tripartite schema of Architecture, Urbanism and Landscape Studies, support each other.
